The focus shifts from the West Baltimore projects and drugs to the Southeast Baltimore docks and smuggling in this generally excellent and thoroughly addictive if (at times at least) relatively slightly rushed and less focused second season, which also manages to keep the stories of the first season’s drug dealers bubbling along in the background.
