With an outstanding performance from Lyby, Thuesen’s beautifully constructed, thoroughly engrossing, and thankfully non-sensational film paints an unblinking portrait of a happily married swimming instructor at the point at which he is accused of molesting his 14-year-old daughter, detailing the build-up to the court case and its emotionally devastating aftermath.
