Whilst looking to sell his food extract business, which is being sued by one of its employees, who lost a testicle in a workplace accident, Joel (whose marriage has gone stale) takes a liking to a beautiful young grifter, who appears to be flirting with him, and, in order to assuage his guilt about pursuing her, sets up his wife (unbeknownst to her) with a handsome but decidedly dumb gigolo – things, of course, don’t end well, in Judge’s beautifully observed and thoroughly entertaining if rather sour workplace comedy, which is perhaps a little less ambitious than his previous efforts.
