In Noyce’s fast-paced, action-packed, and (pleasingly) rather silly thriller – which makes good use of cartoon logic in its attempt at a Bourne-Alias-like hybrid – a CIA agent goes on the run, when a Russian walk-in accuses her of being a Russian spy who is about to assassinate the president of Russia at the US vice president’s funeral, leading everyone to assume that the accusation is true: but what other explanation could there be?
